Terms

The service

EduCopt is a church learning portal made by Ark Studio. These terms cover the public EduCopt site and the church portals. Questions go to contact@arkstudio.io. Ark Studio does not have a public street address.

Accounts

A church admin sets up the church and invites people, or approves a request to join. Each person signs in with their own email. The church decides who is a student, youth, parent, servant, priest, or admin, and who is in each class. A person can be a student in one class and a teacher in another.

We do not knowingly collect information of children under 13.

What a church puts in

Classes, attendance, assignments, quizzes, grades, discussions, hymns, files, and the church logo are stored so that church can use them. The church owns that material. We store it and show it to the people in that church.

Deleting information

Email contact@arkstudio.io with the church name and the person or church you want removed. We will delete what you ask for.

Changes and misuse

EduCopt is in early use. We may change features. We may close a church portal if it is being misused. If something is broken, write to contact@arkstudio.io.
